Welby Health is an exciting and growing San Diego-based company specializing in helping patients manage chronic diseases through technology and a clinical service model. Our vision is to make the world healthier by helping patients access the care and education they need to improve their lives.

We are expanding our sales organization to bring on dedicated, physician-facing account executives to expand our client base. Your primary role will be identifying potential physician clinics to sign up for the Welby program and see the deals through to execution.

The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter who can identify key levers to drive adoption and articulate the value of our clinical programs to physicians and their staff. Experience in the medical field and working with electronic medical records is a plus.

The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources to meet the assigned quotas for their role.

Responsibilities

  • Execute new business.
  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Track and record metrics throughout the sales process.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of the Welby Health solutions to prospective clients.
  • Meet and exceed financial goals and close deals.
  • Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree 3-5 years of business experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong experience managing a pipeline in a modern CRM.
  • Experience with HubSpot.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions.
  • Experience selling healthcare solutions is a plus.
  • Experience with value-based care or network development is strongly preferred.
